Q. How do I configure my email settings to work with Microsoft Outlook?

A.

Outlook 2003 Setup:

Configuring POP3 Email Accounts with
Outlook 2003:

(See Below If You Are Having Problems Sending In Outlook)

After Configuring, now go in to the "More
Settings" area:

Press OK when finished to close the Outgoing Server Settings folder, to
return to the Internet E-mail settings, then press "Next" then finish. Your
Outlook Email Account has been set up. Repeat these steps for all POP3 Email
Accounts.

Extra Setup Instructions:

In late 2004, early 2005, Internet Service
Providers started filtering mail on outgoing SMTP port # 25, which is the
default outgoing mail port. They did this in an effort to control spam.

If you are having problems SENDING email
through Outlook Express or Outlook, please make the following changes to Each
Outlook Outgoing Email account you have.

In Outlook 2003, go to Tools--> Email
Accounts -->View Or Change Existing Email Accounts--> Next--> Then highlight the
account you wish to modify, & Click "Change." You will be in the internet email
settings box. Go to the "More Settings" area--> Advanced--> Then where the
number 25 is in the Outgoing Server (SMTP) box, simply change the number 25 to
26 .

Hit OK, then next, then Finish. You have
now changed outgoing (SMTP) port #25 to port #26 & your mail should work fine.
You do not need to change this unless you are having problems.

This fix will be very similar to other
versions of Outlook. Here are the screenshots of the above descriptions:
